Orders

Please review your products, quantities, delivery address, delivery date and total before placing the order. An order is considered received when an order number is shown on the confirmation page.

Delivery date

The requested delivery date must be available at checkout. Delivery timing may still be coordinated by the Tahani Plants team depending on route capacity, customer availability and access to the delivery location.

Payment

Unless another method is clearly offered at checkout, payment is due on delivery. The website does not process an online payment when Pay on Delivery is selected.

Plants and product appearance

Plants are natural products, so size, leaf shape, colour and fullness can vary slightly from photos. Pots and accessories may also have small visual differences between batches.

Changes, cancellations and issues

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Tahani Plants as soon as possible and provide your order number. Requests after preparation or dispatch may not always be possible. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and photos so the team can review the case.
